About Ben Whipple
Some law practices are built around a business plan. Ben Whipple, Attorney, operates on the simple principle that folks need an advocate who treats them kindly and carefully like a neighbor, not a file.
That principle has guided the Ben Whipple legal practice for more than three decades. We deliberately keep the practice narrow, focusing on personal injury and adoption rather than spreading across every corner of the law. A focused practice means the person reviewing your records is the same person arguing your case.
It also means direct access. You reach the people doing the work, not a rotating desk, and we measure success by one thing: whether your life is better when the case closes than it was when you walked in.
Our team is ready to advocate for you. Call (907) 745-1776 or contact us online to schedule a case consultation today.

Our Story
Attorney Ben Whipple did not follow a straight line into law. Before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, he worked in fish canneries, sold books door-to-door, took care of rental properties, managed international marketing for a computer company, and represented the National Federal of Independent Business (NFIB) to thousands of small business owners. Those years at various jobs left him with a working person's respect for those in the trenches and that respect still shapes how this firm treats its clients.
He opened this law office in 1993 and never left. In the decades since, the practice has handled hundreds of matters for Alaskans - in and out of court. He regularly represents clients in both state and federal courts but most claims are resolved working directly with the insurance companies involved.
Alongside the injury work, the office has helped generations of families finalize adoptions, guiding them through the consent requirements, home study process and court timelines on the way to a final decree.
Communities are built on promises kept, and so is this practice. Schedule a case consultation today by calling (907) 745-1776 or contacting us online.
